LOCAL OVERVIEW

The cities of Cape Coral and Fort Myers are only part of the story of Lee County, Florida.  Our local area is made up of a fantastic mix of Gulf fronted beach communities, boating designed waterfront residential neighborhoods, sophisticated high-rise downtown living, country club style golfing enclaves and everything in-between.

Lee County has 4 main residential areas.  These are Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Estero and Bonita Springs.  We also have the barrier island communities, some of which are home to award winning world class beaches including Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, Bonita Beach and Pine Island.
